Leads & replies

Every new form lead gets a drafted reply texted to the approver. Open the reply page here (same screen as the text link), then tap Open in Messages.

Reply wording

Every token is editable. {first} and {city} are samples from a lead. {place} and {inCity} are formats you save — put {city} inside them (e.g. the {city} area). {senderName}, {businessName}, {businessPhone}, {when}, and {price} are saved and used on every real reply. Put any leading space you want inside {price}.
